James C. Curtiss is an attorney with over 35 years of employment law experience, focusing primarily on litigation of claims for sexual harassment, whistleblowers, race, age, gender, and disability discrimination, fringe benefits, nonpayment of commissions, noncompetition clauses, and wrongful termination. I represent both employees and employers. During first several years of my legal career I represented a large automaker headquartered in the Detroit area in most of its major employment trials in southeastern lower Michigan. Employers give little recognition to the pain and suffering caused to the victims, who are often forced to choose between the extreme stress of working in a hostile environment or going without an income.
